Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.

There is a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note:

Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. LBCC is not liable for products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures during shipping.

We strongly advise you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can receive your package. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage.
