Wick Trimmer

Wick Trimmers are an essential tool for any candle owner and can be used with candles of all sizes. By simply snipping the excess wick, you enable a more stable candle burn. In addition, you’ll experience: 

- A clean burn, avoiding dark smoke

- A clean glass, avoiding smoky candle jars

- Ample fragrance diffusion, for a more expansive scent experience

- A safer burn (a longer wick creates a higher flame, which can be dangerous)

- The prevention of wick mushrooming. Snip the excess (the ‘bent’) part of your wick when the candle is at room temperature, either before or after burning.

Do not snip when the candle is lit. Avoid cutting too short, as your wick will drown.

CLEANING AND STORAGE 

To maintain the integrity of your wick trimmer, simply clean under warm water and dry  in preparation for next use.
